Return & Exchange Policy
Returns
We accept returns only for defective or damaged products. Returns for reasons such as change of mind, incorrect ordering, or personal preference are not accepted.
Reporting a Defect
If you receive a defective or damaged product, you must report it within 3 days of receiving the shipment. To report a defect, send us a WhatsApp message with photos of the defective product and your order details.
Approval
All return and exchange requests are reviewed by our team. Vshakha Fashion reserves the right to approve or reject any return or exchange request after inspecting the reported issue. We will notify you of our decision via WhatsApp.
Exchanges
If a return is approved, we may offer a replacement or exchange for the defective product, subject to stock availability. Refunds are processed on a case-by-case basis.
